1. PRODUCTS AND COMMAND

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we accept returning or exchanging your item within 10 days from receiving it, provided that it is returned in its original condition. The products manufactured by request are not refundable or exchangeable. However, we affirm that if the goods manufactured don't respect the customer's requirements (model or measurements), the goods may be returned and we will manufacture the order again.
For requested orders, we require that the customer deposits 50% of the bill, and the rest will be paid before delivery. Once the order is initiated by our craftsmen, if the customer decides to cancel it, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to offset losses incurred by the cancelation.
